Due to the global pandemic Covid-19 NO items may be returned at this time as we do not want to risk item contamination and possible exposure to customers. The return policy below is void until further notice.
RETURN POLICY
We do our best to ensure that the product images used on our site accurately depict the colors and nuances in each unique piece. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read through our return policy below.
ONLINE RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
Online order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing an order online. Order cancellations for non-returnable items (listed below) are not accepted under any circumstances.
To initiate a return, please contact jburgessdesigns@gmail.com for return address and more detailed instructions.
Most returns are accepted within 15 days of the shipment date for a full refund less the original shipping cost*. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned unused, in original packaging, and original condition.
For an item(s) over $75 in value, shipping insurance is recommended. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Upon receipt and approval of the return, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied via the original method of payment. If items are damaged upon return, refund will be issued less the cost of the damage. Cost of damage determined at business discretion.

Shipping Information
SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping: All shipping promos are only valid within the U.S. and are not valid on orders shipping outside the U.S.
All shipping promos are not valid on previous purchases and they are subject to change at any time.
All orders will be shipped via FedEx within 3-5 days of placing an order, unless otherwise notified. Orders are shipped from Ohio and rates are based on size, weight and destination of package.
JBurgess Designs is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/items. All orders are sent with tracking, unless otherwise noted. After the package has left our location, tracking is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days. Some large furniture items are available for pick up only. Shipping restrictions will be listed in the items description area.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not available at this time.
